Standard Opinion Letter
If you or your ex-spouse resided in the country that granted the divorce for at least 12-months PRIOR to the divorce being granted.
Fee: $200 (2-3 business days after receiving all required documentation)
Rush fee: $250 (within 1 business day after receiving all required documentation)
Comprehensive Opinion Letter
If you and your ex-spouse did not reside in the country that granted the divorce for at least 12-months prior to the divorce being granted.
Fee: $250 (2-3 business days after receiving all required documentation)
Rush fee: $300 (within 1 business day after receiving all required documentation)
What is required
To book, you must provide the following information to the lawyer:
1) Contact information for yourself, your fiancé, and your ex-spouse.
2) Copies of valid, government-issued photo ID for yourself and your fiancé.
3) The original or a court-certified copy of the divorce order / decree / judgement.
4) Contact information for 2 individuals who may be contacted to verify the information you provided.
At your intake appointment, the lawyer will review these documents with you and have you and your fiancé sign a limited-retained to provide the legal opinion. Both you and your fiancé must attend this appointment in person.
