How it works

Book an Appointment

Click the appointment button to book. Most appointments last approximately 10 minutes, though appointments for specialized documents may require more time.

Not in Toronto? Or Ontario? Or Canada? No problem, online notarizations from an Ontario Notary are accepted across Canada and around the world.

Upload Documents and Copy of ID

Upload a copy of the unsigned and undated document you need notarized, along with any special instructions.

Please include a picture of a valid (ie. unexpired) government-issued photo ID, such as a passport, driver's licence, photo identification card, citizenship card or status card.

Pay for Your Appointment

E-transfer the quoted amount to the expressnotarytoronto@gmail.com before your appointment.

Why e-transfer? This helps us keep our fees low.

Attend Appointment

Join the virtual meeting link provided in your appointment confirmation email. You will need a reliable internet connection with access to a camera and microphone - we must be able to see and hear each other.

Your signed and notarized documents will be emailed you immediately following the appointment.

Schedule your in-person appointment by clicking the "Book Appointment" button. Most appointments last approximately 10 minutes, though specialized documents may require more time.

All appointment information, including our location, will be emailed to you.​

Attend Appointment

Bring your unsigned and undated documents along with a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., passport, driver's license, or citizenship card) to your scheduled appointment.​

For documents that require physical presence, such as signing a contract or obtaining a certified true copy, please ensure you select the In-Person Appointment option when booking.
